Placements
SIBM, India's 4th ranked B-School has achieved 100 % placements on Day 0. It is quite an achievement by the Placement team. Finally, the PPTs and GDs and PIs have opened the door to the future for all the students. It is celebration time for everyone out here. Already Goa is seeing the effects of the SIBM Placements.
Right from the day a person decides to do MBA., Day Zero is the most awaited short term milestone in his life. All his activities and knowledge chasing revolves around this day. The tension surrounding this day could melt iron (??? What a stupid sentence!!) .
We always wonder what goes on inside room 13. Well guys this is what goes on - preparation for placements. Contacting hundreds of companies and bringing them down to the campus with wonderful job offers so that the entire batch gets placed on day 0. This is no mean achievement. This requires dedication and willingness to get locked up in that room and work tirelessly to ensure that the placements are always better that the previous year. PAT really deserves a lot of thanks and much more than that.
Isnt this the last placement season in Room 4. We will be having our next placements in the new beautiful Lavale campus next year. But the legacy and mystery and tension of room 4 will always be remembered as this is the room where the life of a SIBM student changes forever.
